Terms and conditions

This Limited Warranty applies to certain physical parts and accessories of Neckmaster product, and only for certain physical parts and accessories of the product, purchased from Adibla SAS or its authorized resellers. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under proper installation, storage or usage during the Warranty Period.
Components subject to normal wear and tear (such as microphone windscreens, eartips, decorative finishes, and other accessories) as well as firmware and software of the Neckmaster product are excluded from any warranty.

Defective Neckmaster products will either be replaced or repaired, within reasonable period of time, at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. A copy of the original invoice or other proof of purchase is required showing the purchase date and place of purchase. The defective device must be returned, at the expense of the purchaser, to the purchase point, factory or authorized service agency.
The warranty is void if the serial number, date code label or product label is removed or tampered, or if the product has been subject to improper installation, storage or usage, physical abuse, modification, or repair by unauthorized third parties.

Adibla SAS is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any Neckmaster product. Such misuse includes, inter alia, physical impact, let the device to contact of water, moisture or hazardous materials any manner or expose it to temperatures higher or lower than specified in the detailed User Manual.
The warranty period is 24 (twenty four) months from the date of purchase by original purchaser or replacement of the genuine device and 6 months for the rechargeable battery. Replaced or
repaired parts of the Neckmaster product have 12 (twelve) months warranty period from the date of such replace or repair.
Unless otherwise instructed in this detailed User Manual, the user may not, under any circumstances, attempt to perform service, adjustments or repairs on this unit, whether in or out of warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Adibla SAS disclaims all other warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Neckmaster product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event Adibla SAS shall be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential
or indirect damages of personal injury, loss of business profits or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Neckmaster product.
The maximum liability of Adibla SAS under this limited warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the Neckmaster product.
If you have a claim, please write to ADIBLA SAS by sending a request to customer.service@adibla.com which will be handled during business hours to check if the malfunction or defect claimed is covered by this Limited Warranty. In case the malfunction or defect is covered the return procedure will be sent back by e-mail. A Neckmaster will be judged defective and covered under this Limited Warranty if the notified malfunction or defect is confirmed upon receipt of the concerned product(s). If the defect or malfunction is not covered a paid repair service quotation will be proposed as an alternative.
